由郭氏三兄弟创业，在台湾学面包厨艺的幼弟昭祥，把相思蛋糕的概念带回峇株巴辖。
芳邻以他们家的相思蛋糕闻名，在柔佛一代名声可是响当当的。
分店从峇株巴辖开到巴力拉惹（Parit Raja）和永平，听说新山的夜市也有小贩拿货回去賣。
芳邻相思蛋糕也风靡新加坡客，是说周末可见不少外坡和新加坡游客趋之若鹜前来大量购买。
芳邻的相思蛋糕可是名不虚传，上过不少杂志报章报道。，連馬來西亞著名的美食節目“HoChak”也拉队来采访。
相思蛋糕松软细致，口感顺滑得令人相思，有原味的牛油，也有香兰及摩卡咖啡口味，以盒装出售。
