这里的老板坚持进口韩国超大size的牡蛎。

干的版本，鸡蛋炒得比较干，蚝煎的边缘是脆的，中间稍微松软些。

湿的版本，蚝煎中还存留一些尚未凝固的蛋液，有点像台湾蛤仔煎的感觉。
