Uncle Tetsu芝士蛋糕的颜色非常漂亮，上面是浅褐色的，旁边则是奶黄色，中间印了Uncle Tetsu的招牌Logo，非常可爱。
用刀子轻轻切下一块放入嘴里，可以感受到蛋糕轻盈蓬松的口感，芝士用的是优质的cream cheese，味道刚刚好，不会太重芝士味。
除了芝士口味，Uncle Tetsu最近还推出了万众期待的巧克力口味，一推出就大排长龙，声势惊人！
此外，这里还有Cheese Zuccotto，外形圆圆看起来很可爱吧？它也被称为Hat Series。这颗小Hat采用了澳洲与纽西兰最顶尖的起司而成哦！
