Recently our country has reported a Malaysian has infected with Zika Virus since 1st September from the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. The Ministry of Health, Malaysia has taken the action to give an explanation and awareness to all the people in Malaysia to get more information about the symptoms, effects and risks on how to prevent this virus keep spreading around. As we know that, Zika Virus spread through the Aedes Mosquito species, that usually spread dengue. Zika Virus also can be spread through the sexual activity from one that infected Zika to their partner as well.
近来，马来西亚卫生部于九月一日证实，已有一名马来西亚公民患有兹卡病毒。为了防止兹卡病毒的扩散，卫生部也已采取行动来唤醒人民对兹卡病毒的意识。其中包括给与人民更多关于兹卡病毒的知识，症状，风险，还有如何预防被兹卡病毒感染。兹卡病毒是由伊蚊所传播的，也就是骨痛热症的带病源。除了伊蚊叮咬会传染兹卡病毒，资料显示兹卡也可经由性行为传染给伴侣。

The effects of Zika Virus gives bad impact on pregnant women, where research found that it can cause birth defects (Microcephaly). Microcephaly is a state of neurology where the head circumference of the baby size are smaller than the normal baby. Microcephaly can cause incomplete brain development which can effect their movement and speech. It’s totally different from “Down Syndrome”.
